I did not start as an AI consultant. I started as an operator hitting the ceiling of what my team could handle manually — running a vacation rental portfolio across the Florida Keys.

So I built it for myself first. Automated the communications, reporting, follow-ups — the workflows nobody had time for. That became Marina AI. Now I build the same systems, customized, for other businesses.
