By accessing or using Marina AI's services at marinatech.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all users of Marina AI, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Marina AI provides AI automation platform services specifically designed for vacation rental property managers. Our service includes:
Marina AI is operated by Michel Lopez and is designed to streamline vacation rental management through proven AI automation workflows.
You must create an account to use Marina AI's services. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Marina AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Marina AI is offered as a subscription service with monthly and annual billing options. All prices are processed through Polar, our payment processor. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.
Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss any billing issues or concerns.
You agree to use Marina AI's services responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the service.
You may terminate your account anytime by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of immediate safety or security concerns.
Upon termination, your account data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Marina AI provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marina AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall Marina AI's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We'll provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes by email and by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
